We develop community playgrounds and multi-purpose spaces in the Truong Sa archipelago, bringing joy, safety, and meaningful recreation to children, soldiers, and island residents.
Child Care
& Protection
Supporting vulnerable children in remote and island communities:
We provide essential care, emotional support, and development opportunities for children in Trường Sa, children of navy soldiers, and ethnic minority children across Viet Nam.
Women & Community Development
Empowering women and ethnic minority families through essential support:
We assist vulnerable women and families with basic necessities, education resources, healthcare support, and community-development programs in remote and underserved regions.
Global Vietnamese Solidarity Network
Connecting overseas Vietnamese to support meaningful community projects:
We build a global network of Vietnamese abroad who join hands to uplift communities, contribute resources, and support sustainable development initiatives across Viet Nam.

Rainbow Foundation is a community-driven initiative born from the belief that every child - no matter how distant their island or how humble their home - deserves a safe, joyful space to grow. From building playgrounds in Truong Sa to supporting children of soldiers and ethnic minority families, we work with compassion and transparency to bring meaningful change to the places that need it most.
We are also committed to connecting the global Vietnamese diaspora, turning shared love for our homeland into collective action that uplifts communities across Viet Nam.
